Titan Totes LLC is not a franchise and not a national brand with a local phone number pointed at a call center. It is one family, one truck route, and totes we bought outright ourselves.
A note from the owner
Why we started this
Everybody in this part of South Dakota has done the cardboard move. You buy boxes twice because you underestimated, you tape them at midnight, and two weeks later your garage is a wall of flattened cardboard nobody wants to haul off.
We started Titan Totes because there was a simple version of that job sitting right there: drop off strong plastic totes on a dolly, come back and take them away. No buying, no taping, no breaking down, no landfill.
Seventeen years in the Army Reserve as a Vertical Engineer — and still serving. Vertical Engineers build and rig structures in the field. Same skill set, smaller scale: load it right, secure it, get it there.
I run this company the way I was taught to run anything — show up when you said you would, tell people the number before you charge it, and fix your own mistakes. My family loads the truck with me. When the phone rings, it rings on my hip.

How we operate
Four rules we don't bend
These are the things that make a small local operation better than a national one — and the things that get us fired if we drop them.
- 01Publish every number
Extension rates, late fees, replacement costs, cleaning charges, cancellation terms. All of them are on the No Hidden Fees page and in the rental agreement before you pay a dime.
- 02The agreement is public
You should be able to read the whole contract without handing over an email address. It lives at /rental-agreement and you sign the same text when you book.
- 03Honest availability
We buy our totes outright as we grow — nothing on credit. If we take your booking, the totes are yours for the whole term. If a date can't hold your order, the booking calendar says so instead of taking your money and calling you later.
- 04South Dakota only
We are licensed, insured, and taxed here. Our totes stay in the state — that keeps the rental agreement enforceable and the sales tax correct.
