For South Dakota real estate agents
Your name sits in
their house for two weeks.
Every Titan Totes tote carries a clear card sleeve on the front. On a realtor closing gift we print your card and load all 30 of them before the truck leaves:
Not a bottle of wine that is gone by Friday. 30 totes in the living room for 14 days, in front of every friend, parent and neighbor who shows up to help carry them.
South Dakota delivery addresses only. Certificates never expire and carry no fees of any kind.
The product
The sponsor label, not the discount
Every tote has a label-holder sleeve so your client can mark kitchen or garage. On a certificate booking we print the sponsor card instead and slide one into all 30 sleeves. Your client never has to feel marketed to — the card is the reason they know who paid for it.
- 0130 impressions, 14 days
The totes live in the house through packing, moving day, and unpacking. That is the window where your client is talking about their move to everyone they know.
- 02Seen by the helpers, not just the client
Friends, parents, neighbors and the guy with the truck all pick up a tote with your name on it. Those are the people who buy their next house.
- 03You choose exactly how it reads
Your name, your agency or business name, and your phone print the way you type them on the order form — team name, DBA, nickname, whatever your sign says.
- 04Nothing for you to store or haul
We print, load, deliver and collect. You hand over a certificate at closing and we do the rest.
Same card on the certificate
Your name and your agency or business name print on the certificate itself — “Presented by Jane Smith, [Realtor agency or your business name]” — so the gift is attributed the day you hand it over, months before the totes arrive.
The certificate
What you hand over at closing
Co-branded with your name, with a unique single-use code, and it turns into a printed card in a clear sleeve on every tote when your client redeems it. It promises one 2 Bedroom package — a defined service, not a dollar figure that goes stale — so it reads the same in three years as it does today.

[Realtor agency or your business name] · [Phone number]
Good for one 2 Bedroom moving tote package — 30 totes with lids, one dolly, reusable labels, free delivery and pickup, 14 days. A $129 value at today’s prices.
Trading up? $90 applies toward any larger package. The client pays the difference themselves unless the realtor chooses to cover it.
No expiration date. No fees of any kind. Not redeemable for cash.
Redeem at titantotessd.com/book with the code below. A payment card is required on file at booking even when the balance is $0.00. The recipient is responsible for extra weeks, extra totes, a hand truck, out-of-area zone fees, sales tax on anything paid, and any replacement or cleaning charges. No cash value, no cash back, no partial refunds, no downgrades. South Dakota delivery addresses only.
Why there is no expiration date
South Dakota exempts a gift certificate from the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act only if it “has no expiration date and is not subject to a dormancy, inactivity, or service fee” (SDCL 43-41B-43). An expiring certificate would be presumed abandoned after three years and we would have to remit the purchase price to the South Dakota Unclaimed Property Division. Federal law separately bars a certificate that expires inside five years (12 CFR 1005.20).
So the answer is simple and permanent: No expiration date. No fees of any kind. Not redeemable for cash. Your client can close in October and move the following spring.
What the client is responsible for
- Extra weeks past 14 days$55 / week
- Extra totes$25 / 10
- Hand truck$35 / 14 days
- Out-of-area zone fee$95 – $195

- Sales taxOn what they pay
Every number is on the No Hidden Fees page. You are never billed for anything past the base package — and your client is never surprised, because it is printed on the certificate.
Your cost
$90 a certificate
A 2 Bedroom package retails at $129. You pay $90, and the client redeems the whole package with nothing more to pay. Buy several at once and your price drops — the certificate is still worth a full 2 Bedroom package no matter what you paid.

Client pays nothing
Redeemed as-is, the 2 Bedroom package balance is $0.00. Delivery, pickup, dolly and labels are already in it.
Face value never moves
Volume tiers cut your cost, never the client’s benefit. A certificate bought at $90 and one bought at $79 are the same certificate.
You get an invoice
Order below, the owner invoices you, and codes and printed certificates go out usually the same week. No account, no portal, no subscription.
If the client needs more
Trading up to a bigger package
Buying a bigger house than the certificate covers? Your client can put the $90 toward a bigger package and pay the difference themselves — or you can cover it for them if you’d rather. Either way your obligation ends at the certificate price. Downgrades are not offered, and there is no cash back.

How it runs
Four steps, no portal
- 01You order
Fill in the form below with your name exactly as it should print. We send printed certificates plus the codes by email.
- 02You hand it over at closing
The certificate already carries your name, your agency or business name, your phone and a unique single-use code.
- 03Your client books
They pick dates at titantotessd.com/book and enter the code. The 2 Bedroom balance goes to $0.00, or the $90 comes off a larger package and they pay the difference at checkout — nothing comes back to you unless you offer to cover it.
- 04We load your card in every tote
Your sponsor card goes in all 30 sleeves before delivery. You get a note from us when the totes go out.
The redemption rules, plainly

- ExpiryNone, ever
- Fees on the certificateNone, ever
- Card on file at invoicingRequired
- Stacking codesNot allowed
- With military / first responder 10%Not combinable
- Cash valueNone
- Delivery areaSouth Dakota only
Why a card is still required at $0.00: it backs extension charges, damage, loss and cleaning under Section 4.4 of the rental agreement. A certificate booking with no card on file leaves us no way to collect if a tote goes missing — and leaves your client with a bill by mail instead of an itemized statement.
South Dakota addresses only
Same rule as the rest of the site. We do not cross into Minnesota or Iowa at any distance. Free delivery inside 30 miles of Sioux Falls; Zones 2 and 3 are by appointment and the zone fee is the client’s.
Order certificates
Buy for your next closing
Type your name the way you want it printed and watch the certificate and the tote card above update as you go. Nothing is charged here — the owner confirms your order and sends an invoice or a payment link, usually the same day.
For the person holding the certificate
Got one from your realtor?
Pick your dates, enter the code in step 1 of the booking flow, and the 2 Bedroom balance drops to $0.00. A card still goes on file when we invoice you — it backs extensions and damage, and it is only charged if you use something past the base package.
