Every package includes one dolly for every 20 totes. Need more? $15 each. Rounded down, minimum one — so a 30-tote 2 Bedroom package comes with 1, and a 60-tote 4 Bedroom comes with 3.
Ran short? Add 10 totes for $25
You can add extra totes on the booking form, or call us mid-move and we'll bring them on the next run through your side of town. Extra totes are billed at $25 per 10.

Arrival windows
One hour, not four
You pick a 1-hour window for the drop-off and another for the pickup. Weekends run hourly from 7:00 am through the 8:00–9:00 pm slot — because most people move on a Saturday, not a Tuesday at 10 am.
Early-morning windows (4:00–5:00 am and 5:00–6:00 am) are open to anyone. Office crews use them to avoid business hours, and plenty of families book them to get a jump on moving day.

Military & first responder — 10% off
Applies to the package price. Check the box on the booking form; we verify ID at delivery. Not combinable with other offers and it doesn't apply to add-ons or extensions.
