Dollies are included, one per 20 totes
Every package includes one dolly for every 20 totes. Need more? $15 each. A 50-tote order ships with 2, a 100-tote order with 5, a 200-tote order with 10.
Large orders are gated
Orders of 100 totes or more need three weeks of lead time and a confirmation call, and remain subject to availability on your dates. The booking calendar will tell you honestly if a date can't hold your order. We buy our totes outright as we grow — nothing on credit. If we take your booking, the totes are yours for the whole term.

Offices — delivered at 4:00 am, gone before the first meeting
- 01Early-morning windows
4:00–5:00 am and 5:00–6:00 am drops. Your staff walks in to totes already staged on the floor.
- 02Labeled by department
Reusable labels. Accounting stays with accounting, and nothing has to be broken down and recycled afterward.
- 03Two addresses, no split fee
Deliver to the old suite, pick up at the new one. Both inside South Dakota, both inside the radius, no extra charge.

- 01Before you unlock, after you close
Early-morning and evening windows both exist. A shop floor or a clinic waiting room can be reset without giving up a trading day.

Stock, files, and instruments travel closed and stackable. No open cartons sitting in a hallway overnight.

At no charge. Cleaning and condition charges are published on the No Hidden Fees page, not invented at pickup.

Schools & churches — classroom turns and building projects
- 01Summer and holiday windows
Classroom shuffles, library moves, and sanctuary remodels happen when the building is empty. The 28-day term covers a whole break.
- 02Volunteers can move them
Loaded totes roll on a dolly instead of being carried. One dolly per 20 totes comes with the package.
- 03One total, every number published
Useful when a board or a business office has to approve the spend before you book. Need a formal invoice and a PO instead of paying by card? Use the email option at checkout and we will send one.

Warehouses & property managers — staged, repeatable runs
- 01Phased over several days
A 200-tote order does not have to land all at once. Tell us the sequence and we stage it.
- 02Turn schedules
Property managers running unit turns can put the same package on the calendar month after month instead of re-buying cardboard every time.
- 03Extensions at a published rate
$220 a week on the 200-tote package. Call 48 hours before pickup and it bills to the card on file.

Arrival windows
One hour, not four
Early-morning windows (4:00–5:00 am and 5:00–6:00 am) are open to anyone. Office crews use them to avoid business hours, and plenty of families book them to get a jump on moving day.
Evening windows run to 8:30 pm on weekdays, and weekends run hourly from 7:00 am to the 8:00–9:00 pm slot.

Phased moves don't finish in a weekend. The standard commercial term is four weeks, extendable at a published rate.
